Just testing the waters, my current lease expires in September, I have been offered to renew but I'm considering other options, and my current housemate is likely moving in with her partner.
I'm looking to team up with another adult woman with aligned standards: I like to keep a neat and clutter free space, cleaning as you go. Work gets pretty hectic so home is where I look for peace and quiet to recharge. Although I am employed on a casual basis, I work full-time hours across locations (30-50+ hours/week).
