Just testing the waters, my current lease expires in September, and while I have been offered to renew, I'm considering other options as things have run their course with my current arrangement.
I'm looking to team up with another responsible adult woman with aligned standards, that is punctual with rent and bills and cleans after herself. I like to keep a neat and clutter free space, cleaning as we go, leaving common areas ready for the other person. Although I am employed on a casual basis, I work full-time hours across locations (min. 30 to 50+ hours/week), it can get pretty hectic so home is where I look to rest and recharge.
Happy to hang out and be friends or also do our own thing and respect each others space.
