Mature lady looking for a room in the metro area (i.e within 30km of CBD max, preferably) initially for 3 month trial ideally, likely with a view to extend.

I am a homeowner, but have started a new job that’s almost 3 hour round trip a day, so looking for a place closer (near the city). I’d be staying at my home every 2nd/3rd weekend.
