Hi, my name is Luan, I’m 30 years old and I’ve been living in Australia for about six and a half years.

I’m currently looking for a long-term place to call home. I work two jobs — during the day I’m a warehouse manager, and at night I work in food & beverage at a hotel in the city. I usually work between 40 to 60 hours per week, so I keep a busy and responsible routine.

My budget is between $300 and $350 per week. I’m looking for a peaceful, respectful, and clean household, ideally with people who also work and value a peaceful environment. I’m open to living with people from any nationality.
I’m super easy going as I’m always down for talk in the house, grab a drink or going out and also activities like cooking, playing guitar and sing and workout/sports

I speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and I’m always open to meeting new people and building good connections. Finding the right place is really important to me, and I’m ready to move when the right opportunity comes up.
