I’m Ideally looking for places in the north or north/east ie. Preston, Bundoora, Greensborough and surround suburbs. Close to public transport would be great!

I’m looking for either:
-a studio apartment, granny flat, or 1 bedroom apartment / property or,
- a room in a share house with easy going housemates ☺️
Ideally roommates would enjoy a chat or hang sometimes, but also enjoy their alone/downtime as do I. I enjoy having a tidy space where everyone would do their share to keep the house clean.

Even though I have no pets, I love animals, so if you have some I won’t complain!

My budget for a room in a shared house is $220-250 a week
