I' looking for rent out a room with furnishing (bed and desk, stool, Wifi) around Fremantle or the city area. I would like to stay longterm if it's suit me.
My budget is maximum $200 can be flexible if the place a good fit.
I'm tidy, easy going and like enjoy my solitude but also enjoy social times. I like it quiet especially at night. In general want to live with respectful, chill persons and non smokers.
Prefer to have a good time with housemates around the same age like mid-late twenties/early 30ties, but age is just a number, so some activities like games, yoga, beach hangouts, making music etc. are possible to do. If you have something or know somebody renting out. Looking from today on.
