Hello. I am Luciano, 32, Argentinian born but I've been living in this beautiful country more than 4 years now. Working as a full time software developer. I’m looking for a room starting around mid August with a budget of roughly $400/week.

On weekdays, I wfh on Mondays and Fridays. Tuesday to Thursday I am in the office. When I am not working, you might find me either at the gym or in a random runclub.
On weekdays, I’m usually either improving my surfing or just reading, but always on a beach. I like keeping common areas clean, tidy, and organized. In a flat, I appreciate a blend of independence and friendliness - happy to catch up over a chat or a drink, but also very respectful of personal space and quiet time.
