I'm a well-mannered and respectful professional. I work full time in marketing and am usually at the office 5 days a week.

Cleanliness and order are very important to me. You can usually find me cleaning on the weekends. Also, I have a cleaner whom I ask every two weeks to clean the room and bathroom.

In my free time, I play competitive backgammon, and recently won a championship. I also play guitar and work out 3 days a week.

As a housemate, I am clean, friendly, respectful and value paying rent/bills on time. I respect peoples space and personal property.

I'm looking for a nice and peaceful place to rest, cook and recharge. I have my own furnitues but I'm flexible with yours and I'm able to sell mine to keep our home tidy. I'm open for night conversations, small parties or group activities like dinners and drinks.
I'm not a party person and most of the time I'll be home to rest and chill.
