Hello, my name is Naresh Kumar Anand I am from India and I am in Australia from May, 2022. Currently I am renting a room in Lennox head and from 28th April my wife and a 4 year old daughter will join me, that is why interested in applying to rent a Granny flat or Studio or Independent apartment for a Long term.

I'm 38 years old and currently employed full time with PSAG Technologies Pty Ltd., Melbourne, Australia and assigned on multiple projects at client Trip A Deal as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

My wife will also be working full time as an Office Administrator.

I and my wife have a steady income, which will be more than sufficient to cover the rent and other expenses. I have good credit and references from my previous landlords and current employer. I'm a responsible tenant who takes care of the property and pays the rent on time.

I am well organized and love to keep my surroundings clean. I respect other’s personal space. I am not a party lover but enjoy spending time with my family.

I like going to the beach and do some stretching exercises at home and love to study whenever I am free.
