Hi there! I’m Grace, a full-time university student currently studying software engineering. I'm looking for a room or granny flat in St Albans, Sunshine, or Footscray, ideally close to the station.

I pride myself on being super clean and tidy, so I’m seeking a well-maintained place. Most of the time, I’m out and about, especially on weekends when I enjoy attending festivals, so you might not find me at home often. I would appreciate a cleaning schedule to keep everything in order.

I do have allergies to cat and dog fur, so I’d prefer a pet-free environment. I’m also totally fine with parties; just give me a heads up so I can plan my day accordingly.
