Hi, I’m Dean! I’m 26 and currently living and working on the Gold Coast in guest services at a hotel. I’m looking for a comfortable apartment or share house around the Gold Coast where I can settle in and make it feel like home.

I’d describe myself as easy-going, grounded and respectful. I’m tidy and take pride in looking after where I live, especially shared spaces, and I’m considerate of the people I live with. I’m pretty independent and appreciate my own downtime, but I’m also social and enjoy having housemates I can chat with, share the occasional meal or drink with, and genuinely get along with.

I live a fairly active lifestyle and like to keep busy. Outside of work you’ll usually find me at the gym, running, playing or watching football, at the beach or grabbing a coffee somewhere. I’m also big on travel and enjoy reading, podcasts and anything around personal development.

At home, I’m fairly relaxed. I enjoy a quiet night in just as much as getting out and doing something on the weekend. I’m not looking for a party house, but I also don’t want to live somewhere that feels like everyone is just renting a room and never speaks to each other.

Ideally, I’m looking for a stable, longer-term home with friendly and considerate people who value cleanliness, good communication and a relaxed household atmosphere.
