Hey potential new housemate!

My name’s Bee, I’m 33 and I’m on the hunt for a room to rent for myself and my cat, Buddy. I’m currently living on the southern end of the Gold Coast, and I’m looking for a place either down here or starting something new and moving to Brisbane.

About me:
I work from home training AI like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. I set my own hours which is super handy, and I’m happy to head to the library to work a couple of days a week to give housemates some alone time.

On my off time, I like to listen to music/vinyls, play games (I just started Skyrim) or do something crafty like tracing, cross stitching or knitting. I’m also a weirdo who enjoys a cleaning spree so I do a good deep clean/reset at least once a fortnight.

I’ve lived in share houses most of my life and I know the drill - I’m respectful of other people/their belongings and always clean up after myself.
I’m pretty easy going and I'm just as happy chilling in my room as I am socialising with housemates.

I'll be bringing my bookshelf with my hobbies and trinkets, my computer set up, a cat tree and cleaning stuff (I come with a fancy new Ryobi vacuum and steam mop - told you I like cleaning, lol).
Ideally, I’d like a partially furnished room with a bed and desk, but I’m also happy to acquire these myself if need be.

About Buddy
Buddy is a 7yo male Russian Blue X, who’s desexed, well trained (sits on command), well taken care of and goes outside with a lead on.

He’s tame, friendly, and he gets along with other pets and kids. He loves a head pat and he’s the kind of cat who prefers to sit next to you while you watch TV, rather than on your lap.
