👋Looking for a room around Robina or Varsity Lakes near Bond Uni

I work part time as a graphic designer and am moving from Brisbane to the Gold Coast to be closer to work.

I’ve lived in shared houses for the last 5+ years, so I’m very familiar with common house rules and keeping shared spaces tidy.

I won’t be home much as I am planning to get a side job but when I am, I tend to stay quietly in my room.

Ideally looking for a furnished room. + a desk would be great, but I can bring my own if needed.

Do need a parking spot, but I’m also happy with safe street parking.
