We are a couple currently seeking a property to rent as soon as possible. Our ideal property would have a lease term of 12 months. We are looking for a 2-bedroom property to accommodate our needs.

Our preference is for the property to be furnished or semi-furnished, but we are open to unfurnished options if they meet our other criteria. We are responsible, reliable tenants with a stable income and a history of maintaining properties in excellent condition.

We are interested in properties located in areas with good access to public transportation, shops, and amenities. A safe, friendly neighborhood is a priority for us, and we value a clean, well-maintained environment.
