Hi, I’m Marty — 34, friendly, and easy to get along with. I work full-time and keep a pretty balanced lifestyle. Outside of work, I’m into concerts, car events, camping, and catching up with friends. I enjoy hands-on projects and have a heap of tools, so I’m often tinkering with something in my spare time.

I’ve got a well-trained, friendly dog named Cash who is an inside dog and great company. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate of other people’s routines. I value a home that’s comfortable, well-kept, and relaxed.

What I’m Looking For – Renting a Room

A clean, comfortable, pet-friendly home where Cash is welcome indoors.

A bedroom big enough to comfortably fit a king bed.

Ideally with secure parking or nearby street parking for my two cars.

Easygoing housemates who are respectful, tidy, and drama-free.

A place where everyone can relax and feel at home.

What I’m Looking For – Starting a New Share

If teaming up to rent a place from scratch, my non-negotiables are:

Garage/Workshop Space: I have two cars and will require all, or most, of the garage space for storage and workshop use (I’ve got a large collection of tools and like to work on projects).

Bedroom Size: Needs to comfortably fit a king bed.

Pet-Friendly: Cash lives indoors, is perfectly trained, and well-mannered.

Location: Safe and convenient for both housemates, ideally near shops, public transport, and with some yard space.

House Style: A decent-sized living area, outdoor space, and good natural light.

Household Vibe: Friendly, respectful, clean without being overly strict, and bills always paid on time.
