Hi! I'm 24 korean 🇰🇷 I'm looking for a stable place to stay while I study full-time at TAFE southbank for the next two years 📚.

For the past 3 years, I've lived in share houses across Australia and New Zealand, always staying for at least six months without any issues. I’ve never been late on rent and can provide references if needed:)

During those 3 years, I was on a working holiday visa, balancing work and travel. Now that I’m settling down for study (and working part-time), I won’t be home much, but when I am, I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful. I enjoy having a good chat and connecting with housemates, but I’m also calm and considerate of shared spaces.

Also, I absolutely love animals😍 dogs, cats, or any! I’d be more than happy to live in a home with pets and even help out with them.
