I am a kind and honest natured person who enjoys walking my dog, going to work, creating artwork from nature, reading and studying.
I am quiet and respectful and I enjoy open social times.
I am reliable with handy work for home maintenance. I also do garden maintenance for some properties.

I work in advertising and hospitality on a part time basis.
I would like to pay you to place a removable granny flat on your block of you own your property.
And also pay a weekly rental amount. I would have a fully equipped granny flat and pay for my own power,water, (gas)
The granny flat is built onsite by a professional team and is taken down when no longer required.
Alternatively, I'm happy to house share.
I have a trained 4 year old Jack Russel.
