I’m a 22 year old professional, I work fifo on a 2:2 roster. I have rental history through an agent and private landlord.

Im currently renting my own place but looking to downsize into something ideally self contained. I am not in a rush as I obviously have a lease until April if I don’t break it.

I can comfortably afford my rent and any utilities. I’m looking for a place to stay for up to a year as of now and I can come with or without my own furniture.

On my off swings I try to work full time. I’m quiet, respectful and won’t be around too much so I’m hoping to find a landlord who that suits.
