I’m Rain (33, from South Korea), and I’m looking for a long-term private room to call home!

I’m currently studying and working at the same time. I go to college 2 days a week and work the other 3 days during the weekdays.

About me:
• Clean & Organized: I love cooking and have my own kitchenware and personal belongings. Although I have quite a bit of luggage, I am very neat, organized, and will keep everything tidy without cluttering the shared spaces.

• Easy-going & Friendly: I’m a non-smoker who loves dogs and cats. I enjoy interacting with people but also appreciate and respect personal space and quiet time.

• Respectful: If you have house rules, I will keep them well.

What I’m looking for:
• 📅 Move-in date: Around 30th July (Long-term)
• 💰 Budget: Around $240 pw
• 📍 Location: Looking for a place with easy access to the Airport Line (Train) station.
• 🛏️ Room: Fully furnished private room (preferably with good storage space due to my luggage).
