Hi, I'm Rick. I'm a single, 50 year old male, and have just made the move up to Queensland,
from Lake Tyers Beach in East Gippsland (Victoria), where I was sharing a home with my Twin Sister.
I'm looking to move into a share house to begin with, somewhere hopefully that I can call home.
I'm looking for rental security, so to lock in something for at least 6 months to begin with would be ideal for me.
If things were working out, I would be keen to stay on, on a more permanent basis.
I'm not working currently. I'm on a pension, but plan to do some online study once settled.
I'm a pretty quiet person that generally keeps to myself.
I'm very easy going though and am easy to get along with.
I have a passion for music and enjoy all types and genres.
I'm also looking to get involved in community radio at some stage in the future.
I'm excited with the prospect of moving to a new State and look forward to meeting new people and getting out and exploring Brisbane and it's surrounds.
Anyway that's a little bit about me.
