I'm looking for an room to rent asap for 6-12 months 😊 can be furnished or unfurnished

Im an ambivert liking equal amount socialising and alone/down time. I love to hit the beach, exercise, cook, listen to music, create, read, adventure 😊 I don't really drink anymore but am🍃 friendly. I work for a charity based in Sydney so I'm often up there a night or two per week. Overall I'm a chilled out person who gets along well with people from all walks of life. I'm very accepting and non judgmental of people's beliefs and choices and always down for a chat and to help people wherever I can! I'm clean and tidy and value clear communication as well as respect for personal space and belongings
