We are looking for a master/ large room close to the river preferably south but we aren’t picky. We’ve been applying to rentals for a few months but have been unlucky in getting people to join in the applications, so we are up and ready to move ASAP.

Our budget is $350 give or take a lil

A little about us: my girlfriend, Jess, studies full-time and works at a coffee shop and a bookshop (which honestly sums up her personality pretty well 😅), she loves to craft and is into gardening. I (transfemme) just finished working FIFO and now works in the city, and I’m about to start studying social work. I love gaming , gardening and most car related topics. I’m autistic so i usually have a rotating special interest going which makes me a book of useless facts🤭

We also have two affectionate indoor cats who are very much part of the household, Molly is a vocal little girl while Smokey is a little shy. They have lived with other cats before and with proper introductions , both are well litter trained 🐾

We’re both quiet, cozy, home-oriented people who value a clean, respectful shared space. Not party party girls, but down for the occasional low-key get-together.

We’re ideally looking for somewhere queer-friendly, considerate, and keen to build a calm, comfortable home together.
