Luciano and I are looking for a new place to call home as our current lease is finishing soon. We are a clean, quiet, and very respectful couple who love the outdoors and enjoy a balanced, easy-going routine.

Here is a quick overview of what we’re hoping to find:

Target Areas: Woollahra, Edgecliff, Bondi Junction, Double Bay, Bellevue Hill (or nearby areas, as I work nearby!).

Move-in Date: Flexible anytime from September 21st onwards.

Duration: Looking for at least 6 months but preferably 12 months or more

What we are looking for: Ideally, we'd love a 1–2 bedroom place for ourselves, or to team up with someone. We are also very open to teaming up with other respectful flatmates to find a great house together or couples room.

Our Profile: We both have stable, full-time jobs (Luciano as a landscaper and I work in a dental clinic), excellent references, and solid rental histories. We're non-smokers and don't have pets? though we are total animal lovers (so if you have pets, that's a huge bonus for us!).

Why we are great to live with: We value a peaceful, harmonious home environment. We respect shared spaces, always clean up after ourselves, and take great care of the places we live in. At home, we appreciate a relaxed, friendly, and respectful vibe.
