My housemate and I are looking for a third person to team up with to move into a bigger place. We love where we live, but the rent is a bit steep and in a few months will get even steeper as they are putting the rent up. 3 bedrooms places places seem to be a lot more affordable, so we are looking for a new housemate and hopefully friend!

A bit about us, I’m 37 and he is 36. We are super clean and tidy, as well as respectful of each others needs and differing schedules. We both work and study and live pretty busy lives and our home is a place we can come and rest and recharge. We hang out and have housemate dinners every now and then and always have good chats when we see each other.

We have our eye on a good looking place in mayfield and are keen to apply.
