Hi everyone,

My name is Stephanie. I am 27 years old from Canada. I am a permanent resident of Australia. I work as a Registered Nurse Specialist. I have been in Western NSW since 2023, previously Sydney but I am relocating back to the city. Looking for a pet friendly rental (house, granny flat or ground floor apartment). Preferably no flat mates but happy to accomodate of course. I have a miniature bull terrier named Tiny (friendly and trained 11 months old) and 2 indoor only named Stan (7 years old) and Oscar who is 8 years old and has bone cancer. My pets are microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated. I am clean, approachable and friendly. Can provide bank statements and payslips. I will be commencing full time work at Darlinghurst on February 2nd 2026. Have good references and past rental history. I do not smoke.
