I’m moving from Sydney to Melbourne soon and currently looking for a room.

My priorities:
1-clean and modern apartment/unit
2-clear and strict house rules (cleaning, guests, noise, sleep times etc.) no chill party house please

About me: I'm a university student planning to settle in Melbourne long term. I've lived in Sydney and Canberra 2 years each. I work part-time in support work and have volunteered with ngos in canberra. I enjoy being connected with the community. In my free time, I like baking, watching Turkish drama, nature walks, art, psychology and video games.

I'm friendly and social but I really value my own space at home. I'm a direct communicator and appreciate living with people in same mind.
