I'm trans, realize this also isn't for everyone, so I like to be upfront. I'm social, hanging out with friends, going dancing, dinners etc also very happy to keep to myself to recharge the social battery.

What I am looking for.
I'm open to different options ,and my budget reflects that.

Open to a share house, a granny flat, or unit if Im not sharing.

I also own some furniture (desk, bed, couch, bedside tables, bookshelf, tools, and some camping gear. Ideal listing would have space for this. 🙂
