I'm often working long hours, but when I'm not I usually keep to myself, usually reading books or playing videogames. Won't say no to hanging out, though. I can tidy up after myself and do my part in keeping communal areas clean, plus I like to cook. I'm sure I must be at least tolerable to live with because as of writing this, I have never been kicked out of a flat. Anywhere within walking distance of a train station is ideal.
I'm a 29 year-old journalist and producer who is also in my final-year of studies at UQ. Looking for like-minded young people to share a place with that are respectful and clean, are non-smokers, up for weekend adventures and who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. In my downtime I'm a professional dancer, an enthusiast for CrossFit, avid reader and someone who leads an active lifestyle that includes running and rugby. If you think we'd get along, not just as housemates but also potential friends, swing me a message. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Chris
Retail Manager at Brisbane DFO near the airport. Hoping for somewhere close by to there :) I'm a super chilled out girl that works a fair bit, I pay my bills on time and am super clean. I don't mind socialising but i do keep to myself as well but always up for a chat. Not a partier and enjoy my quiet time. I work every second weekend too.
G'day , Looking for a room to rent. I am laid back, easy going, quiet to live with. My hobbies are travelling, playing pool, ten pin bowling, swimming , listening to music, playing PS , chilling at the park or by the beach, having laughs with mates. New interests/hobbies will be added soon. I'm open to learning about different cultures, foods and history.
Quiet easy going friendly, I work as a nurse, like to go for dinners occasionally or see a movie, cooking, gym, camping, beach and respect other peoples privacy and space. I would prefer to live within walking distance to a train station.
Full time worker and studying , reliable with bills and tidy . Quiet/ keep to myself generally but at same time likes to have chat with housemate. Looking for a place with air conditioning in the room and prefer own bathroom. Thanks 🙂
Kind of new to Brisbane, I just finished a world trip this year and slowly getting back on my feet, easy going and i like to keep fit. I do all the normal sharehouse things like clean, be quiet in the mornings, take the bins out etc. Looking for a place around Chermside as I train there most days.
I'm fairly easy / relaxed nature, gets along with others. Mindful and tidy while keeping to myself most of the time. Looking for a place with my puppy, a 1.5 yr old lagotto romagnolo. Work a full time job in IT, normally play games / go out and eat food / play sport on weekends in my spare time.
Ex-military, super clean and looking for the same, now studying programming so space for a desk is preferred. Into surf and latin dance and reading. Like to cook, but not that often. Often away for weekend trips, not much of drinker. Not so keen on house animals.
Hey I'm Emily! I work full time in HR and also study PT at QUT. I live a pretty active lifestyle and love getting outdoors. Not much of a party girl, but don't mind a drink or two on the weekend! I'm a bit of a mix between being social and keeping to myself, but always down to sit around and eat dinner and have a bit of a laugh. I'm a pretty clean person and I really can't stand clutter out on benches or stuff lying around (its a bit of a pet peeve). Keen to meet up to get to know eachother!
Hello, I'm Jiyun from South Korea. Currently I'm a barista and am going to Brisbane on the 12/10 I'm looking for a private room with an ensuit or own bathroom would be preferable, but I don't mind sharing a bathroom with one other person. My moving date is 16/10, but it can be flexible. About myself I have had an experience of a flat/house share in Dublin for 3 months. I'm tidy. Actually I enjoy cleaning my own area. No matter how busy I am in the morning I always make my bed before going to work. I'm basically a quiet person but if you want to hang out with me I'll gladly join you. Also I respect others privacy. Hope I get a message from you! Cheers :) P.s. It's okay if you own a dog or a cat. I like them both and I had a dog 6 years ago.
Hello! I'm looking to rent a fully fenced house with a back yard for my lil fella Benji (8ish year old Border Collie cross) preferably in the inner northern suburbs and close to a train station but fairly flexible. Benji is a trained indoor dog but I work in the CBD Mon-Fri roughly 8-6 so need somewhere with a yard that he can hang out in while I'm slaving away for the government. I enjoy reading, hanging with my pals, and eating family sized bags of chips on a Friday night. I don't smoke but will have a drink every now and then. Looking to live with 1-2 chill people who are tidy, friendly, know how to recycle and won't judge my weekend eating habits. Also Benj doesn’t like to share so I’m looking for somewhere/someone that doesn’t already have a dog or cat. I’m open to teaming up and finding our own house as well. Hmu if you love a good Queenslander!
I am a legal secretary at a law firm in the city, most days I will be up early to gym and work late some nights but otherwise you will find me enjoying some down time of netflix or out with friends. I am neat and tidy, adore pets and a non smoker. I am looking for someone that respects that we have separate lives but can enjoy each others company when we are around
Hey, I'm happy and social but also very respectful of others space. Clean, friendly and very easy to get along with. I work p\t and study at UQ so I’m fairly busy, I spend most of my home time studying during Uni semester. In my free time I like getting outdoors, exercising at the gym or cruising around on my bike, meditation, reading and cooking. Thanks for reading and feel free to contact me at any time :)
Hi, I am re locating back to Brisbane at the end of October and looking for somewhere to live short term while I look for an apartment, 3 months max but possibly longer if I really enjoy the place. I would need furnished but basically only need a bed. I am looking for a quiet non party house to stay in, I live a healthy active lifestyle and enjoy a peaceful place to come home to and people who respect each others space and privacy. Easy to live with and laid back, please message me if you have anything coming up that would be suitable, thanks 😊 *Please don’t contact me unless you have a listing suitable for my move date, thanks.
Hey guys, I’m 23 years old and currently working nights at Sullivan Nicolaides pathology in the city. I am a laidback type of person, always keen to chill or just do my own thing. I am clean and respectful and understand privacy. I am very reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills (my current roommate can vouch for me). I am looking for a place to live with a private room that has an ensuite or at least a private bathroom. I currently live on the sunny coast but looking to move closer to the city as that is where my job is. I am not into partying anymore but don’t mind a drink every now and then. When I am not working I am visiting my family, watching Netflix or studying medical science online. I would prefer a house (at least something with a little bit of grass) over an apartment as I have a small well behaved and clean Maltese cross dog who just loves people and anaimals and would be great if she could live with me. If you think I might suit you or your room let me know. Cheers
Hi! My girlfriend and i are currently on the hunt for a third housemate to start a new share house and move into a townhouse around the Nundah area next month, early - mid September preferably. We're hoping to keep rent around $150 a week per person, max $180. We have both done a lot of travelling over the last few years and are ready to set up a more permanent home here in Brisbane and we're definitely looking for a housemate we can become friends with, vibe with, have fun social nights with etc. We have a little dog named Yuki, he's a bit of a weirdo and will take his time deciding if he likes you but he always comes around. I am currently working full time and planning on going back to uni next July. I love travelling, going on beach adventures, plants and cooking. Keylee is a videographer/ photographer/ social media marketer and a bit of a nerd. She is going to be working in Sydney on a 6 week contract until the 17th of September so the first week or two she will not be there. In a housemate we are looking for somebody who is LGBT friendly (obvs,) clean and respectful and not a massive party animal. Send me a message if you think we'd be a good match and we can get a coffee and chat further :)
I am an easygoing, fun loving and honest person seeking some accommodation while I build a house . I have my own business which is in the IT industry and keeps me busy. I am active and love to go for long walks, play tennis, go to the theatre, travel and I am an avid reader. Spending time with family and friends is also on my agenda. My background has been in property and still dabble in it for investment purposes. I haven't shared with a flatmate before but thought i would give it a go as I like meeting new people. I will respect your home as if it's my own. I am very neat and tidy.
Hey, I moved to Brisbane over two years ago and love it. I work full-time in the City Mon-Fri, 9-5. I'm social - enjoy getting out of the house for food, wine, gigs and outdoor adventures, but I also love my down time and chilling out watching Netflix. I'm friendly, respectful and offer quality banter. I have lived out of home for 10 years, so I am fully trained in cooking, cleaning and functioning like a normal adult :) If you want to know anything more, let me know.

Hey, my buddy is moving to Melbourne in December which means as of Jan I’ll need a new housemate! I want to get a two bed, two bath place so we have our own areas. If that’s something you’re interested in then send me a message :) Some things about me - I’m a teacher, I love to travel, watch movies, go to the beach, go to the gym and spend time with family and mates. I love animals - pretty hard not to right?! If you like Mexican food then I think we are going to be perfect housemates.. I’m currently living in Stafford but work around north lakes. I can live anywhere, but around nundah, Lutwyche, Bowen hills areas would be ideal.. All I ask for in a housemate is that they are clean and respectful particularly in the kitchen and with noise levels. I’d love to hang out and also enjoy my own space too :). 🌈🐾👩🏫🌮🎾🏖👭
I'm a young, fun lad to live with. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Acting at the Queensland Conservatorium; however, would like to live closer to work. I'm clean and generally like to keep to myself but always up for a chat!
Hey there! I'm a high school teacher working in the North Lakes area. I'm pretty chill and neat and tidy. Like most people, I like spending time with my friends & enjoying a drink with my housemates every now & then. I try to keep active with pilates and walks, but it doesn't always fit into my schedule haha I like reading and movies & the general stuff. I'm currently living in Stafford & looking to move most likely into an apartment with one other person. Ideally we'd be able to have our own bathrooms, so everyone can enjoy their space. I'm definitely pretty keen to team up and find a place to live for a while :) I haven't got much in the way of furniture, other than my bedroom stuff, but I'm more than happy to invest :) I'm okay to move earlier than October 20 if that works for you too. Flick me a message & we can grab a coffee or something :)
I am 31 work for Virgin I have a dog Frank he is super house trained and friendly. We are looking for a place near the airport but also the city if that's possible! I have lived in plenty of share houses so fine with sharing :)
I'm a friendly and clean person, running my own cleaning business part time. Have a goal of enlisting in the Army after 12 months so at the gym at least once a day. I'm a social person however also spend a lot of quiet time relaxing with a book or Netflix. Responsible, reliable and have a good sense of humour. Although young, I am quite mature and am a good cook!
I’m a health professional and generally like to keep to myself a lot of the time, especially after work. But equally happy to go out exploring or hang out and watch some Netflix together! Preferably looking for someone who is planning on staying in Brisbane longer term as I’ve moved around a fair bit this year and would really just like to settle in a cosy apartment I can call home. Ideally my roommate is tidy , respectful and communicates openly about any issues so we can avoid any drama!
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed, except not further south than Eight Mile Plains.
Full time professional, pretty active, working a little too much, but like to cook/eat together occasionally, go out for music when I can, go for events, hikes, adventures as possible. Pretty easy going, looking for a place where I can feel at home.
Hi all, My name is Erica, I'm 29, I’m a primary school teacher. I just moved back from living overseas in Canada for 4 years. I love doing anything outdoors; hiking, kayaking, beach etc. I love having a chat and a drink after work or at the end of the long week, but also like quite downtown. Im really relaxed and easy going, tidy and respectful.

Hey there, I'm Will, a 26 year old part time worker and student, looking to move out within the next couple of months, but I can also hold out until the end of the year if necessary. I do not mind living with males or females, and your age does not really bother me, as long as you're easy going, happy to share cleaning duties, and happy to have chat or share dinner responsibilities occasionally. I'm currently working part time, and also studying full time at QUT, as well as doing some volunteering work on the side. I've got into fitness and health as well recently (not over the top though I swear!), so I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, do yoga (don't judge me haha!) as well as going for a walk or run one or twice a week. I also like to think I'm quite good in the kitchen and can whip up some healthy and tasty meals haha! I'm always happy to make up some delicious meals for my house/flat mates (as long as you're happy to help as well!) My mum and I's dog Isobel, a gorgeous little cocker spaniel, might come to visit as well, so hopefully you don't mind a friendly a loveable little dog saying hello every now and then. If you have anymore questions, swing me a message or we could arrange to meet somewhere and discuss anything further over a coffee or something to eat. Will.
Hello! I’m looking for a spatious share house that gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day. I always clean up after myself and expect my housemates to do the same, so not one person has to clean and tidy everything and there is no need for a schedule. I like to make smoothies and play music in the morning, so if you don’t mind a small amount of noise or you are an early riser too, then we’ll get along well! I am respectful about noise in the evening and night, but I will usually also come home late from work, uni, the gym or dance. Ideally, I would like to live an equal distance between DFO Brisbane Airport (my place of work) and QUT. Jaimee :)
