Hello! my names Mitch I'm 26, I work full time as a mechanic Monday-Friday and I'm studying to be a pt part time (yes I will come in handy and No i don't mind helping people out) ;), I'm clean, tidy, reliable and respectful of other peoples space and belongings, I'm currently looking to move closer to work and study to make life easier, I'm looking for anything within say a 2-3k radius of Albion, when I'm not at work I'm either studying, training, cooking or sleeping (I sleep a lot lol) While I can enjoy a drink socially every now and again it's not something I usually partake in so you won't have any problems with me in that aspect! if I'm ticking any of the boxes for you please don't hesitate to contact me via text :) Note: I'm looking to move Sunday the 4th of June if possible as I'm away the following weekend.
I am quiet, enjoy music and art and mostly like to keep to myself. I can help out around the house and pay my bills on time. I smoke but will respect house rules if not allowed in property.
My names Jenny, I'm almost 18 years of age. I'm looking to move out to be close to work as I have a full time job. when I'm not working I enjoy socialising with friends and relaxing at home. I'm an easy going and tidy person who is easy to get along with.
Hey I'm Em :) Looking for a place from early July. I work full time in the city and study part time as well. During the week I'm not home very much as if I'm not at work I'll be at the gym or uni. I'm generally not too into partying but dont mind a few social drinks either. I'm super chilled to live with and am also pretty tidy. Please let me live with you.
‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
Hi! I'm a 44 year old Psychologist looking to move close to Kedron State High by the end of June 2017, when my current lease ends. I am looking to share a place so I can continue to work part time while I recover from breast cancer (I have the all clear). I live a healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and am really easy going. I'm happy to cook and clean and help out around the house as much as needed. My 11 year old son is going to Kedron State High next year and I want to move into the catchment area long-term. I have my son with me every second week. He is super quiet and well mannered. We love going out on weekends and during the week he isn't home much, as he has football training twice a week which means he gets home around 8pm and goes to bed. We also regularly spend weekends away visiting family in Toowoomba. I have a well trained 1 year old mini-maltese x silky who can sleep outdoors at night. He isn't a "yapper" and I'm training him to be a therapy dog. If a pet is a dealbreaker, I can send my dog to stay with my mum in Toowoomba. Ideally I'm looking for two bedrooms, but we would move into a large bedroom with space for two beds or a room with a study adjoining or nearby. We have lived in share accommodation before and enjoy meeting new people. Any questions, just ask!
Hi there! I'm Ash. Looking for a new place to call home end of June/early July. I work in the media/advertising industry as a Client Business Manager, managing a client portfolio of well known brands. General work hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. Occasionally I'll have work social functions during the week. I enjoy relaxing at home on weekends as my week can get pretty busy, but I don't mind socialising and taking mini adventures when I have the energy! I go to the gym most days so enjoy keeping fit. I will give flat mates as much personal space and privacy as they need, but am always open to share a couple of bevs over dinner every now and then. Recently jumped on board the Netflix bandwagon, haven't looked back. Massive Games of Thrones fan. I'm self-reliant, independent and keep myself occupied. Hope to find like-minded people to live with! Going to be completely honest, I am looking for a place where I can have my own bathroom so would be more interested in 2 bed 2 bath or ensuite rooms. That's just a personal request, but isn't a necessity! :) look forward to hearing from you.
Hey, I'm Kai... I'm 22, love music (musician myself), I love skateboarding even though I can't really do any tricks and I love to socialise, even if sometimes I can be a bit quiet. I'm currently not studying but have been for the past 2 years or so and intend to get back into studies next year, just after I work and save this year for a holiday and new music equipment, plus a car (hopefully). I'm quite laid back, easy going, tidy and I get along with most people. I'm conscious of my surroundings and respect those I live with and their need for space and time. With my music I can from time to time have a mix (as I dj as well) but I have my headphones so it'll never be a nuisance to anyone. I do tend to spend most of my time at home on my computer either making music or doing some form of promotional work, besides of course gaming. With that I do usually spend a lot of my time in my room but I equally enjoy relaxing outside or in the lounge room, whether doing some gardening, watching a movie or reading a book. I'm also good for a chat, give me a topic like conspiracy theories, religion, history or even politics. Been learning about National Socialism and Fascism recently, quite intriguing stuff actually. I'm also a bit of a party guy to some degree, like music is my life so as a part of that I love going out and seeing top international artists play and sometimes I even go play a few gigs. In saying that though I will always be respectful, it'll be rare that I would have friends over to drink before going out (if ever) and at least until comfortable I'd always ask if everyone minds and such. Also I am a smoker but I'm intending on quitting, especially with this 30% increase on ciggies. So if your a smoker thinking the same thing then we can help each other quit :) If you don't smoke then you'll be of greater assistance to me too haha
Young sunny coast University student about to graduate looking for a room! Wanting fun easy going house mates! , I like having fun and totally down for a drink! I'd be a respectful and understand the need for privacy. I love puns so you should also! Understand the commitments of study but also the need to have fun in the house from time to time. :)
My partner and I are very mature young adults, both working full time as well as part time study. Both have been living out of home for a while and are clean, tidy and helpful people. Always up for a casual chat or a wine/beer, I enjoy cooking and my partner usually cleans also.
22 years old and looking to move out for 6-12 months or longer. I work full time in the city & looking to study as well. I'm a clean & friendly and like to go out with my friends on the weekends.
A little about me x Work Full time x Play Soccer x Gym x Friendly and easy going x Clean & tidy x Respectful I am a friendly social 30yr old female - I have spent the past few years travelling and have arrived back in Brisbane to my Job and ready to settle in. Ideally looking for a flatmate that has similar qualities, want someone that I can share a wine/beer/smoothie with and chill, but also respectful of each others space. Looking for somewhere relatively long term - don't fancy moving in the near future. I don't currently have pets, but would love if you did, or if it was possible to get one in the property (not a deal breaker) My current lease ends ~20th July - I know it's a while away, just putting an ad up in case there is anyone also thinking ahead :)
Hi! Currently living in the northern suburbs, but I'm keen to move closer to friends/work/civilisation. I'm working full time in the city, so looking for a home that is between Toombul and the city, and walking distance to the train. Ideally I will have a bathroom to myself, and would also be great it some of the rooms of the house/apartment/other has air con! Likes include: - Cooking - Eating - Binge-watching the latest tv shows Dislikes: - People who don't replace the toilet paper. I do actually have a social life - I promise! I play social netball, hang out with friends most weekends and generally like to balance out my laziness with fresh air. I like my home to be a comfy retreat (clean and calm) and looking to live with others who feel the same. It would be great to have housemates who friendly, though I'm not needy and happy to have time to myself. I have almost no furniture (bedroom furniture only), but can buy if necessary. Ideally looking for housemates who are non-smokers and no cats (dogs are fine). I don't drive so I don't need a car park, but I am looking for somewhere well connected to public transport. Want to know something else? Ask.

Hello! My name is Neve, I am 23 years old, born and raised in Brisbane. Currently, I am studying Medical Laboratory Science at QUT and I am once again looking to move in to a more permanent resident. This time if I don't find a place by the move date, I'll be in a spot of bother. I am very easy to live with, friendly and respectful. I am punctual with rent and bill payments, I clean up after myself and happily help out around the house when required. When at "home" I tend to be quiet and keep to myself a bit while studying, however I am happy to socialize and don't mind having end of week drinks every now and again or the odd party. I am a very easy going, non judgmental person. If I sound like the sort of person who would suit you as a housemate, feel free to contact me. PLEASE don't message me if your weekly rent is higher than what I have said I can afford ($160 inc bills), I really can't do much more at present or in the near future. NO ROOM SHARE

Hi All, My name is Reece, I'm 27 and looking for a new place in Brisbane. I just finished living in London for 2 years and moving back to Brisbane. At the moment I'm most likely looking for shorter term accommodation as I'm also still looking for work. However for the moment just being close to some kind of public transport will be fine. I've also got enough savings to pay rent until starting work. I like going to see concerts, hanging with friends and hiking in the outside world and generally playing games/binge watching shows when I'm home. I've been living in shared accom for the last 2.5 years so I'm used to keeping tiding and living with a group of people. Preferably looking for something furnished or just with a bed at minimum and internet connection would be great too! Move in date also flexible Cheers!
