Hello! I'm looking to rent a fully fenced house with a back yard for my lil fella Benji (8ish year old Border Collie cross) preferably in the inner northern suburbs and close to a train station. Benji is a trained indoor dog but I work in the CBD Mon-Fri roughly 8-6 so need somewhere with a yard that he can hang out in while I'm slaving away for the government. I enjoy reading, brunching, hanging with Benj and eating family sized bags of chips. Looking to live with 1-2 chill people who are tidy, friendly, know how to recycle and won't judge my laziness/eating habits. Also Benj doesn’t like to share so I’m looking for somewhere/someone that doesn’t already have a dog or cat. I’m open to teaming up and finding our own house as well. Send me a message!
I’m a happy person, chill, loves to socialise, always up to have a fun time and go on adventures, loved to watch movies and listen to music and cook, I also keep to myself quite a bit.
Heyyy!! I'm doing my masters from JCU and a part time job in Pinkenba. I am friendly, helpful, tidy and respect the fact that everyone requires their own personal space. Looking for an accommodation near CBD. Regards :)
I am a legal secretary at a law firm in the city, most days I will be up early to gym and work late some nights but otherwise you will find me enjoying some down time of netflix or out with friends. I am neat and tidy, adore pets and a non smoker. I am looking for someone that respects that we have separate lives but can enjoy each others company when we are around
I'm Jorden, a 19 year old second year QUT Business & IT student. I'm quiet, clean and tidy and usually keep to myself although I also love to hangout, chat and have the occassional beer or two with roomates! I'm looking for a cheap private room that's close enough to QUT and preferably to live with other students or people of similar age.
I am 27, a part-time teacher, part-time circus performer/gymnastics trainer. I come with a ginger ninja cat (Chester). Much of my time is spent training but also enjoy relaxing at home, cooking, gardening and being creative. I eat a mainly plant based diet and enjoy going to the local markets on the weekend and going for walks. I am pretty independent, tidy, environmentally friendly, and enjoy being social as well as quiet time to myself. I am not into party houses and would prefer like minded people in their late 20's+ (am LGTB+ Friendly too) If you'd like to know more about me, ask away! :)
Key points: - I have two wonderful fur-babies, Molly and Finn my two kitty cats! So potential housemates need to at least be able to tolerate cats! - I’d preferably like to share with one other only, but happy to go up to a maximum of 2 other housemates - I’d love a place with a dishwasher (see below!), a bath, and an outdoor area for the cats - Bedroom needs to be unfurnished. I can bring just bedroom/bathroom items OR up to a 1-bedroom worth of furniture (lounges, TV, display cupboards, desk, spare single bed, kitchenware, etc.) Although I’m quite the introvert, so require quite a bit of time to myself to recharge, I can actually hold a conversation with anyone about pretty much anything! Some like to call us extroverted introverts - I really don’t like labels to be honest - basically I’m pretty quiet, like to chill on my own or with my fur-babies, but equally like to chat with housemates, or share a wine or a meal from time to time. I am very tidy! I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak at all - e.g. rental property MUST have a dishwasher! - but I do like a tidy, quite minimalist living arrangement. I’m the opposite of a hoarder. Speaking of that, I can move into an existing share-house with as little or as much furniture as needed. I’m actually thinking of selling the majority of my stuff, and just moving what I need for a bedroom/bathroom and to cook and look after my cats. My goal for approx. 6 years time (significant birthday!) is to be living in a ‘tiny home on wheels’ preferably somewhere on the Sunny Coast or Northern NSW - think Kingscliff. I usually work full-time for Queensland Health - in the past far too many hours - however, right now, I am on some extended paid leave. Therefore I am at ‘home’ more often than I normally would be. I love my fur-babies, chocolate, coffee, food, reading, movies, cryptic crosswords, yoga, sunshine, sunshine, sunshine, a comfy bed and a nice lie-in, discovering a great new cafe (with fingers crossed amazing coffee - few and far between lately), and just generally aiming to travel through life as relaxed as possible*. *Note: this is a work in progress! If you’ve read this far, you may not have a lot of questions, but please contact me if you do, or if you think you might have a suitable living situation for me! Cheers. :-)
Hey guys, I'm currently moving up to Brisbane to study at QUT and be closer to my sister. I'm from Adelaide, which is a lil old town down south 😉 I'm looking for a room in a house that's well kept and mostly furnished (I can buy a thing or two when I move up) but I can definitely furnish my own room. I would prefer something with a modern feel to it as I love the minimalist look. I love trying new restaurants and cafes and I'm looking for a house that's friendly but can appreciate a quiet night in. Little bit of a nerd, love that DnD and if you happen to watch Critical Role we got our Friday's sorted. I'll be working at Chermside Optus part time while I study and I'm a generally clean easy person. Give me a shout if you think you're house is for me or thanks for reading this if I messaged you. 😍
I'm a young professional working full time in Brisbane city - I have a friendly personality but am also happy to keep to myself. I like to think I'm a fairly tidy person. After living in a big house of 7, I'm just looking for a smaller, more relaxed environment. Hoping to find a share on the Northside with just one other female.
I am a bubbly and energetic person. I have a companion, my cat named MiMao. I am very clean and will respect household rules with ease. I am a bit of a gym bunny and health advocate so I'll be at the gym or meal-prepping if I'm not at work or seeing friends. I also love to read, dance and sew cute festival sets.
I'm neat, clean and tidy. I keep my stuff out of shared spaces, and expect the same of housemates. I have a cat, she's adorable. And compulsory. Her name is Amber and she is very precious to me. I'm pretty friendly and enjoy getting to know people but I'm not gonna pry. Don't mind partners staying over. Don't have one myself though. Happy to look after pets if a roommate is away for a night or two. Also a nerd. I read a lot, and watch many shows. I have played a few games in my time as well, recently on a Bioshock kick, but also Zelda, Portal, Skyrim and Pokemon. Willing to meme, or not, as it suits. I've got a zany sense of humour that's also apparently confusing at times. Something of a cynical optimist. I work full-time as a stablehand at the Eagle Farm Racecourse in a traineeship and am looking for somewhere that will let me inexpensively Uber to work of a morning because of the early hours. Yeah. Let me know if that works for you.
Hi! I'm Tatum, I'm 25 and I'm a student. I have a year and a half left of my degree and I also work part-time. I work between 2 to 5 night shifts a week depending on how busy I am with uni. I am looking for a flatmate/s who I can build a friendship with and feel comfortable around. I enjoy my downtime and privacy but also like to socialise and have fun. I am clean, tidy and respectful. My current lease ends mid October so if you think we'd be a good fit I'd be happy to hear from you :)
Can very much keep to myself but am also great to have a conversation with, very tidy. Work partime, was an Occupational Therapy student but decided to take a break but will be getting back to Physiotherapy next year. Not yet driving so would prefer a place near public transport. I have listed a few suburbs above however I am flexible as long as public transport is easy to access
23, single, working full time and have finished my degree. Looking for someone who needs a quiet, chilled out housemate! If you work FIFO - please hit me up!!! Love a social vino and to head out as much as the next person, but weeknights I like to just kick back. I do smoke BUT if you do not condone that in your house I WILL respect that and never smoke at the property. Anything else you need to know, just ask! I'm super laid back, friendly and bubbly!
Heyy, I’m Jaycob! I’m really chill 19 year old guy, I love to draw and have my space, but I also love to have a good chat and a drink, I come with 2 beautiful cats who love attention, I’m very bubbly and always smiling (not in the annoying way) id say that I’m one groovy human and I’m just looking for the right crew to be around. Feel free to message me whenever 😁
26 yo mechanical engineer, non-smoker, no pets. My current lease ends on 21st September. I get up early during the week for gym, and on the weekends to go surfing, so I'm not looking for a party house. I'd like to live somewhere clean where the housemates are friendly and happy to get together for dinner/drinks every so often. I'm independent, easygoing, neat and tidy and respectful of others' space and downtime. My hobbies include surfing, tennis, indoor soccer, snowboarding and calisthenics training. A garage spot and pool would be great.
Hi! My girlfriend and i are currently on the hunt for a third housemate to start a new share house and move into a townhouse around the Nundah area next month, early - mid September preferably. We're hoping to keep rent around $150 a week per person, max $180. We have both done a lot of travelling over the last few years and are ready to set up a more permanent home here in Brisbane and we're definitely looking for a housemate we can become friends with, vibe with, have fun social nights with etc. We have a little dog named Yuki, he's a bit of a weirdo and will take his time deciding if he likes you but he always comes around. I am currently working full time and planning on going back to uni next July. I love travelling, going on beach adventures, plants and cooking. Keylee is a videographer/ photographer/ social media marketer and a bit of a nerd. She is going to be working in Sydney on a 6 week contract until the 17th of September so the first week or two she will not be there. In a housemate we are looking for somebody who is LGBT friendly (obvs,) clean and respectful and not a massive party animal. Send me a message if you think we'd be a good match and we can get a coffee and chat further :)
My names Joel, im a quiet, 28 year old male, non-smoker, working full time. I'm looking for somewhere roughly between chermside and windsor for less then $200 a week. Moving out between now and the 30th of august. I've lived with flatmates the last couple of years so know how to live with other people and clean up after myself. I'm happy to either hang out and have a chat or just do my own thing. Don't mind a beer, wine or scotch every now and then but not a big drinker. I try and get to the rock climbing gym as often as i can (which is never as often as I'd like) and same goes with the beach or swimmin hole(when it's warmer weather) and dont mind a bit of netflix, gaming or music to chillout to. I do have a car and a work van and while i don't need off street parking i would like to be able to keep them parked close by.
Hey, I moved to Brisbane earlier this year. I'm independent and like getting out and making the most of my time off. I'm a nurse, which includes shift work, so I'm hoping to find housemates that are pretty relaxed (when I need to sleep during the day sometimes). I would love an ensuite and happy to pay a little bit extra for the luxury. I pay my bills on time too! My gf lives in Albion so we stay at each others place from time to time. Oh, I love dogs so don't mind if you have one. I like a relaxed environment and also keep my space tidy. I would love to find a place to call home, have a wee wine or dinner party, nothing crazy. I enjoy socialising and also like a bit of downtime too. Looking to move the middle of September (flexible as I’m housesitting at the moment ). If you think I might be a good match for your place please send me a message, Thanks, Esther
My name is Ashley, a 22 year old postgraduate student and full time professional in public service. Its been 12 months since I moved to Brisbane and I'm loving it! Outside of work and study, I enjoy going to the gym, a food lover, exploring interesting things around town, travelling and making the most of life. I am looking for a lovely person to share a apartment/townhouse with. I would prefer my own bathroom. I am usually out and about so you will likely see me a few times in the week which means you have some time to yourself. I will also ensure I clean after myself and I can even cook for the both of us if its one of those lazy Sundays.
I am Aditya (Ads- thats how people call me)(age 24), full time software engineer, just graduated from QUT as a Masters in IT. I am a quite, tidy and decent person . My hobbies include but not limited to playing Playstation games, travelling, reading books, listening to good music, watching TV shows. Food, coffee, movie nights, Barbeque weekends is something that I would love to do with a nice company. I like socialising with people but I do respect others privacy.
