27 year-old journalism student at UQ searching for housemates around my age to live with who are fun, independent and socially like-minded. Despite also working, I'm always up for being social on weekends. I like to run, head on toadtrips out bush, great at cooking, currently do surf lifesaving on the Gold Coast, takes dance classes and despite being well-travelled to places like the US - have amazing stories to tell. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm early 30's with wide ranging interests in world affairs, sport, food, cars, travel, ++.
Recently moved to Brisbane from Townsville for work. I am a clean & tidy housemate that respects people's personal space. I enjoy exploring brisbane and its surrounds in my spare time and listening to live bands whenever I can.
looking for a room to move into asap as my lease is finished. I would prefer somewhere along Northside or around the city as I currently work in carseldine and I would like somewhere near transport :) I'm reliable and very easy going.
Easy going full time working professional (IT / Projects) looking to house share within Brisbane region. Clean and Tidy and social personality but also always respect my flatmates space. Good with pets (especially dogs! lol) and easy working in with flatmates when it comes bill sharing, etc. I commute to CBD daily for work so would be great to find a place close to train lines. Originally from NZ and been in Brisbane for almost 3 yrs now, during the week i'm pretty boring (lol) normally just busy working, gym, and a little study or TV comprises my daily routine, but on weekends love to get out to the Sunshine Coast or GC when is sunny, or hit the local and watch rugby / sports. As mentioned I'm super laid back and respectful as a flatmate, and looking to fit in with a cool bunch who would hopefully end up awesome mates as well as flatties! Feel free to ask me any questions.
Looking to join an existing share house or start a new one with the right sort of personalities. I'm a friendly, respectful and aware individual who is equal parts social as I am independent. Flexible and considerate of others, I've spent over a decade house sharing and know what it takes to coexist harmoniously. I have a creative side and would ideally like to find a place with a little space for me to work on paintings, some furniture reno's etc. I have a rag doll cat Herbie, so must be pet friendly. Any questions don't hesitate. Happy to answer :)
I'm a 36 y/o Australian male, Moving down to Brissy where I just recently started part time work and looking to move somewhere around near Northern Brissy sometime around the first week of October. I am very neat and tidy, I do not smoke or rarely ever drink either. I'm pretty easy going and have no issues with anyone. Feel free to give me a message about anything if you are interested. Cheers!!
Jake works 8-4:30 for BUPA in the CBD. He keeps to himself, is tidy and would rather stay in playing video games than going out on the weekend. Drew works shift work for Miss Kay's and keeps to himself at home. Jake has a car and Drew relies on public transport. Both of us go to Goodlife on Queen Street and we usually do meal preps of 2-3 days worth of meals at a time. We're both Xbox people and have a washing machine and full kitchen, lounge and dining set ups ready to move. We're looking for a third so we can move somewhere a bit bigger than our current unit that also happens to be closer to a train line. We're after 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1-2 garage. We need to give 4 weeks' notice to our current landlord.
I'm a clean, quiet flatmate who is looking for a similarly clean and quiet place to live, and people who'd like to be friends! I'm something of a nomad, and have interesting stories to tell. Generally, I will get along with anyone, and I am very conscientious of others.
I am neat and tidy, mature, quiet and flexible. I have moved back to Queensland after working in Canberra and Melbourne for many years. I am not currently in a relationship so will be looking for accommodation only for myself. I am very dependable and honest.
Hello! My name is Amy and I am 19 years old, I work full time and prefer to have quiet nights when I'm at home. My hobbies mostly consist of art and video games, and I'm always up to try anything once. I am clean, reliable, and always willing to pitch in when you need a hand. Ideally I am looking for somewhere close to public transport as I am still in the process of getting a license. Thanks!
hello, My current house mate is leaving in January so I'll need to find a place before then. I'm looking at moving into either house or apartment. I work 6 days a week on the Northside of Brisbane. I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I'm a sociable person, like having quite nights in but also going out for dinner and having some drinks with mates. I'm young, but very mature. Any where in north Brisbane and CBD is a good area.
Hi! We are a couple looking to team up with someone AWESOME to find a new place to live. We are pretty easy-going people, we we'd like to find someone else who is too. I (Shari) work full time in HR, sometimes long hours so I'm pretty much a home body during the work week. Jon is from the US and studying full time at Uni. We are very interested in team ups to look for a pet friendly house within 30 minutes of Kelvin Grove, which is where I work. We need a pet friendly house because of Basil, our black labrador. He is a beautiful, friendly boy and is well trained (even if I do say so myself!). Send us a message if you want to have a chat!
Courteous, tidy, thinks of others . I am a full-time professional worker in the city looking for share accommodation in a house commencing the end of October. Non-smoker, clean, sociable. However I have a pet Whippet so I am looking for a share house with a fenced yard and other dog friendly flatmates.
Hey! I'm Sharnie and I live in Chermside currently. I work as a permanent casual with fulltime hours in the horticulture industry and I'm looking for a house in the stafford/gordon park/kedron/lutwyche area. I cook and I am very clean, I also am super relaxed but love to have fun. Really easy going and generally don't have problems getting along with anyone :). I don't have much furniture or belongings, so I won't take up too much space. The only catch is that I have a small/medium dog, who I have attached a photo of on my profile. She is super well behaved and loves people. I'm looking to move in the next few weeks ideally. Let me know i'm the right fit!
I'm easy going, clean and quiet, fitness is a big part of my life so I am looking for a non party house and like minded people. My move date is quite flexible but not later than dated listed. Happy to stay as long as possible depending on others situation but minimum 6 months. Also open to teaming up with someone else (2 people max).
I am a super easy going gal who is nice and clean, working full time (so I won't be around a huge amount) and loves hanging out with cool people 😊 I work at Gloria's jeans in Chermside and a little cafe called thrive in the city, so I'm looking for a place which is pretty much in the middle of the two to make my life a little easier. I love partying and dancing with my friends on the weekends, but I also love having some chill time to watch Netflix, go for walks or read when I'm not at work.
Hi, I'm Raelene and 22 years old. I'm currently working full time in a salon in nundah. As I only work 4 days a week I work late nights. I've lived both by myself and with others so I am very respectful of others space and clean up after myself but I can also be a social person! I'm not much of a part person but don't mind the occasional drink over the weekend. If I sound like someone who would fit into your home, I'd definitely love to hear from you! 😀
Part time Law student and owner of fussy cat and spoilt dog. Excellent cook but still can't figure out how to make pancakes 😐 Generally pretty quiet during the week, and like to spend my free time either out and about checking out new restaurants, or snuggled at home with a good book.
Im pretty relaxed, love day trips to the beach/hiking, non-smoker, non-drinker/partier. I have an amazing cat who is super chilled, really loving and not annoying! She spends most of her days sleeping on my bed or in the sun
Clean, tidy, responsible, mature, housebroken- and looking for sharemates who have no less than the same qualities, to be fair. I'm currently studying my Masters and so a quiet place is understandably necessary. I tend to knock back properties that have young children, renovations right next door and loud tv's blaring for long parts of the day or night. I like to cook for relaxation, catch up with friends when I have time, see a movie (although I prefer the internet these days, with no ads) and eating out when I can. I'm social, but not needy, I'm not looking for a new best friend as some housemate hunters are, and I'm looking for a housemate who knows who they are already, has some life skills, knows how to manage themselves and isn't wanting to offload that responsibility onto me. Honest and open communicators are also a must for me- if you communicate poorly, or look down on sharehouse mates as though you're superior and want everything in an unfair way which is beneficial to you and you only, please, do not contact me. I clean up after myself and am looking for housemates who willingly have the same considerations without having to be asked. Everyone wants a peaceful home life- I try to get that as much as I try to provide it within my understandable limits. My preferred length of stay naturally depends on your length of stay also, as well as on how well the balance is working. I try not to allow myself to be locked into arrangements that aren't of any peace of mind to me, and allow the personalities to decide. Sharehousing is, afterall, a bit like an arranged marriage. ;-) So I don't tend to be interested in places that insist I must stay for 12 months, I must do this, I must do that, with a long high maintennance list of arbitrary and one sided confined terms. (fine for responsibilities from day to day, but not fine to hold someone hostage for a year if you're not that great to live with and only wanting someone there for rent money) Other than wanting to have that balance and open mindedness in prospective sharemates, I'm pretty easygoing. I'm social but also respect my privacy, prior responsibilities and hope that you have that same awareness levels too, without taking unnecessary offence. :-)
We are both mature respectful and reasonable people who like to live a quiet lifestyle as we both dont drink . We are outgoing and do our best to keep everyone happy. More than happy to keep our area in the house clean and contribute to keeping the rest of the house clean, more than happy to cook and share a meal and a chat and do what is expected of a good tenant. Currently unemployed and are on government benefits due to our move back from toowoomba so we need to find accomodation as fast as we can but that dosent affect our ability to pay rent and we are actively looking and will take the first opportunity but dont let that change your mind about us as tennants. We are expecting a baby in march and im finding that can be a problem to most people so if you have a room to offer us without that being an issue we will be forever thankful and appreciative dont assume we need ridiculous ammounts of space because of this because we dont we just need a normal sized room pleasw if you can help and offer us something we would love to hear from you thanks for reading this and considering us as tennants.
Hey guys! I'm looking for a fellow housemate that can help me devour the seventeen serves of spaghetti I just made without a single complaint. See I have a bit of an overkill habit with food and typically make enough to serve an army (every damn time). I work as a Food Manager (I should have my serving sizes under control by now), am friendly, hilarious, social, and always down to get out of the house or have a couple of drinks. I'm easy going, clean, enjoy (love) cooking and love (really really love) pets! I'm always up for a chat and a laugh and hoping to find someone to help me eat my copious amounts of food. Catch is I won't be able to move in until January 2017 (I'm getting a head start on the search). Looking for a place in the Northside area - particularly Nundah. Disclaimer: Large amounts of food is not limited to spaghetti.
Hi guys, I'm Sam - a 22 year old Kiwi working full-time in New Farm. I'm pretty relaxed, friendly and tidy and am up for a good chat but do like my quiet time also. I exercise a few days a week and am always up for a good TV show and potentially a glass of wine. I don't have a set date in mind for moving, I'm super negotiable - just towards the end of the year/even beginning of next year so let me know if what suits. I'm quite keen to team up with a 1-2 others and find somewhere to live. I'm hoping to find some new friends to live with that want to hang out! Send me a message if you're interested.
Hi, My names Shannon. I'm from Rockhampton and have recently moved to Brisbane for work. I'm a casual type of person who gets along well with most people and like to live in a sociable environment. I'm looking for somewhere that traffic will not be an issue in terms of noise pollution. I will be working casual hours and in my spare time am looking forward to meeting new people and getting out and about. Im ok with other housemates having people around as long as their a respectable type. Ultimately, I will be looking for people to set up a permanent type household unit.
Bubbly personality, easy going and down to earth. I work in a warehouse 25-40 hours a week. I'm into gaming and TV series like any normal 24 yr old. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I have my own car so I tend to be the designated driver. I will only be at the house Mon-Thurs as I stay with my partner over the weekend.
I'm independent, work full time, non-smoker. I'm fairly quiet during the week and don't mind a wine or two on the weekends. I'm very respectful of others.
Hi...I'm Best , I'm Thai student girl. Now, I live in Sunshine Coast with my cousin but I plan to study in Brisbane in December this year so, I will move to stay in Brisbane on 1 December this year. I'm looking for a room , share house or apartment to share with Australians or native speakers because I would love to practice my English skill and hang around with. I'm friendly and tidy girl and also easy going not fussy :) I'm look forward to hearing from you. Have a good day. Regards, Best firstname.lastname@example.org 047-7593039
I'm 18 amost 19 and am looking for a place to live. I work part time for now, hopefully soon becoming full time. I am a receptionist for a real estate agency in Hamilton and am looking for somewhere close to a train and bus line. I am fully independent as my mum lives in the UK and my dad has moved interstate so I'm all alone in Brisbane :( I'm really respectful. I am very neat and tidy and love to have a chat but can leave you alone when you need privacy. Please message me only to suit my budget of $170 inc bills, thank you x I'm also every keen to start a house share and get together 3 or 4 people
Hi, we're Kyle, Katey, and Yowley, a couple with a cat. We're currently living in a flat that's far too small for us so we're looking at starting a new sharehouse when our lease is up at the beginning of December. We're not really interested in moving into already established sharehouses. She's working in retail, he's studying creative writing at QUT. The cat doesn't really do all that much to pull his weight, except be cute. This websites' automatic profile picture cropping feature kept centring on Katey's face, but we can assure you that Kyle has a face also. We're a mix of social and independent, up for the occasional party and also enjoy time to ourselves. We'd be great to live with because Katey owns like six doilies and around sixteen rubber ducks, Kyle will fill the house with so many books that if the apocalypse happened we'd never run out of fuel for the fire, and we usually keep the cupboard stocked with a healthy amount of wine. In addition to all that, we think we're pretty funny. So, if you're easygoing and would like to start a lease with us in November, send us a message! ^.^
What I'm looking for: I'm ideally looking for one other person to sign a lease on a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with me. Prefer someone with stable income and if you've been living indepently for a while that's a bonus :) About me: I am 23 years old, recently graduated from uni and am working nearly full time in hospital admin. I also work Friday and Saturday nights in a club in the valley so I generally keep pretty busy and ideally would like to find an apartment in this area. Going out and EDM (not necessarily drinking/partying) is a big part of my life, however I am clean and respectful at home. I also enjoy travelling, sushi train and hanging out with my dogs. I have two whippets pups of my own who I treat as my children and I am obsessed with, regretfully however they won't be coming with me. I hope to hear from you soon :)
I've lived in share houses for years and am looking for a new place. Flexible move date. I work long hours and am out and about during the week and on the weekend. All I like home to be is organised, clean and a sanctuary from a busy life. Open minded and easy going.
Hi my names Charlotte, I'm 19 turning 20 soon. I'm friendly, clean and tidy, enjoy socialising but also like my own space. I'm a very creative person and enjoy photography and drawing/painting. Currently living in NZ but wanting to relocate to Brisbane by the end of November. Any questions just flick me a message on here.
I am a 2nd year Engineering and IT student who doesn't drink and very rarely parties but is good for a chat. I have rented for 2 years and I am very respectful of people and their belongings. I would prefer a place that has secure parking for my car, my own bathroom, a large kitchen (as I love to cook!), and rent that include utilities. Always looking for more people to discuss my favourite tv shows and movies (Game of Thrones, anything with superheroes, Disney).
Hi There. If you are looking for some extra cash for a spare room, but still want the flexibility to have the room available for friends and family at the weekend then be great to connect. I'm a professional living on the Sunshine Coast and looking for simple accommodation mid-week only. I typically stay in Brisbane 2 or 3 nights a week and the days can vary. I tend to work long hours when staying, so while I like to see myself as great to share with, you would not see me around too much. I completed my first marathon last month and am keen to improve on my time so, apart from time with my family, going for runs is my main thing outside of work. Thanks Haig
Recently returning to Australia after working in the UK for 18 months, I am looking at share house accommodation for a short time. I am a marketing professional and work as a PR & Marketing Manager for a leading organic skincare company based in Virginia. I am very active and most mornings and/or afternoon's I will be at the gym! I am down to earth, social but also like my own time as well. I am extremely tidy in the house and respectful to those around me. I love to cook and live a healthy and active lifestyle but also enjoy socialising with friends for some cocktails at some nice bars around Brisbane. I am looking to share with no more than 3 people including myself and preferably female in a house a - no unit/townhouse.

Hi! I am Alex, a 20 year old student and part time worker. I study psych at ACU, and work with children part time. I am an experimental cook (sometimes it goes well, sometimes it doesn't...). I love getting up early for gym, and going to yoga, and trying to grow plants then giving up! I like a tidy home, but am no neat freak. Generally easy going. I am often exhausted on week days and will be quiet in my room, but would like a nice relationship with the people I live with and love a quiet drink here or there. I'm not interested in a party house, but obviously a home is somewhere you should feel comfortable and having people over is fine. Feel free to message me for more information!
Hi there, I am an Italian guy, living in Australia for over 2 years and working full time. I'm looking for a tidy, clean and cool place shared with friendly people. Hello, Jess here! Myself (American) and two friends (Aussies) will be in Brisbane for 2 months while Cirque du Soleil is in town. We are coming from Sydney and will be following their Australian tour. We are super chill and will keep the place nice and tidy. We work evenings and weekends, so most of the time it'll be like no one is around. I am a master's student, myself, so you probably won't even notice I'm there as I type my life away. If you have a place or want to share, please reach out! Thanks!
I'm moving up to QLD from VIC and am looking for some friendly housemates to live with. I've just graduated uni in Melbourne and am about to start full time work. I've lived out of home for the past 3 years so am used to the lifestyle.

Hi There! My name is Krishneel and I am 21. I am currently working full time in logistics having moved from Sydney for this job near the airport so I would preferably like to live closer to work. I'm an barber apprentice in the valley and i have a Burmese male cat whom is absolutely beautiful he is both outside and inside cat so he doesn't need a kitty litter so no feral smell.
I'm an easy going employed 29yr old, looking for an easy going flatmate. I'm a sharer and a carer, but not one to be taken advantage of. Always happy to help out, so long as it can one day be returned. I like to be able to have a chat, but appreciates my own space as well. I like a place that keeps clean and tidy...but am by far a clean freak. Preferably, I'd like to just share house with 1 or 2 other flatmates max. Would also be up to renting a granny flat or 1bed apartment, if anything is available.

I work full time for Flight Centre but shift work, and keep to myself so you probably wont see me too much. Im a nerd who loves video games, cheese and a variety of movies and TV shows. I love animals, particularly cats so I would shower yours with love. Im only looking for a temporary room until my Husband gets work in the area and we can get our own place together.
