We're G and Shanae, two professional friends in our mid-20s looking for a place to call home around Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Miami or Burleigh from August.

We both work full-time and live active, balanced lifestyles. Outside of work you'll usually find us at Pilates, walking along the beach, grabbing a coffee, cooking at home or spending time with friends.

We're looking for a clean, tidy and respectful home with like-minded people who enjoy a friendly chat but also appreciate everyone's personal space. We're definitely not party people, but we'd love a house where everyone feels comfortable sharing the occasional meal, beach walk or wine together 🥰

We're both easy-going, considerate and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and looking after the home as if it were our own. We're reliable with rent and bills, communicate openly and genuinely value creating a positive, relaxed household.
