Hi. I am looking to move by July 1st but am flexible on exact timing and could move sooner (hence putting June 1st in my ad). I'd love to share a comfortable, clean house or spacious apartment with another mature (as in behaviour not necessarily age) adult. I currently have no furniture (except a desk and chair for working from home once a week) so at least partly furnished would be grand but I'm willing to buy a bed if need be. I would also love my own ensuite (bathtub would be the icing on the cake) but again not a deal breaker as long as I have my own bathroom - I don't want to share. A granny flat or separate flat would be fantastic.

I enjoy cooking (vegetarian food only), listening to and sometimes playing (mostly folk and classical) music (no techno, metal or punk and I am sensitive to my housemate's needs), love reading, crocheting and generally relaxing when I'm not working. I would love to share a home with somebody who is looking for a respectful, quiet and friendly housemate who is up for a chat or occasional dinner together but who also enjoys their privacy. I like a bit of gardening now and then and like to keep my home clean and tidy.

I don't want to live in a cold or hot house or pay hundreds of $$ a month in heating/aircon bills so good insulation is important or bills included in the rent. I also need a spot to park my small car, preferably off the road but not a dealbreaker as long as there is somewhere free to park that is safe. I work full time in the APS, in the triangle so close to public transport would be great. Thank you!
