Hi there!

We’re Flor and Martín, both 35 and originally from Argentina. I’m a vet nurse working in Brighton, and Martín is working full-time as a barber.

I arrived in Tasmania in February and am planning to stay long term. Martín will be here until the end of September, so we’re looking for a place that’s suitable for a couple during that time but still affordable for me to stay on my own afterward.

Ideally, we’re looking for a self-contained studio, a granny flat, or a room with a private bathroom. We’re flexible with the move-in date, but the end of June would be ideal.

We’d love to find a place that truly feels like home, somewhere peaceful and comfortable, where we can share the occasional coffee or dinner and invite friends over now and then.

Since I often work night shifts, a quiet space to rest during the day is really important. We're clean, respectful, and very mindful of shared spaces, and we really value open and honest communication to keep things smooth and friendly.

We're super chill, easy-going, and love the balance of sharing a home while respecting everyone’s space. We don’t smoke and always aim to create a peaceful, welcoming environment.

We both enjoy nature, outdoor adventures, cozy movie nights, and board games.
