My landlord decided to sell the house last week, so I’ll be moving and looking for a new place 🏡

Budget: around $300 per week (cheaper is better, currently paying $250)
Looking for 2 bedrooms (one for sleeping, one as a study) and my own bathroom
Must have a parking space for one car

About me:
-Vegetarian, mostly light cooking and using the microwave (cannot drink milk or honey directly and won’t cook eggs in the household)
-Very quiet, INTJ personality
-Recently got a blender—won’t use it every day but it’s pretty noisy
-No kids or pets, but I don’t mind if there are some or none
-Just one person
-No smoking, drinking, parties, 420, or drugs
-Probably don’t have friends 😅, never bring people home or stay overnight
-Can be totally quiet or happy to chat about astronomy, geography, literature, history, and philosophy
-I’ve rented long-term before and can provide agent references
-I’m a student, working, and regularly do volunteer work
-I need to commute regularly to UWA, Curtin, CBD, and Welshpool
Looking for a long-term place, can move in around mid-December.

Locations within Perth are fine, ideally no further north than Mirrabooka or south of Cockburn—prefer somewhere between Beach Road and Beeliar Drive.
I’ve been renting in NoR for over 4.5 years—maybe time to move from SoR?
