My partner and I are currently looking to move from our current place, preferably around Merewether/Kahibah/Adamstown or somewhere within that vicinity.

A little about us. I'm a generally outgoing dude, I spend the majority of my time out and about, doing physical activities, teaching music, and working. I am currently starting an interim job as a Bar Manager at The Mary Ellen in Merewether, whilst I upskill for a position with a LAHA Arborist company that services utility lines in NSW. Before that, I was working as a full-time tradie. You'll generally find me up in the early mornings (dependent on my work schedule) and out like a light before 10. Clean, oriented and appreciative of a peaceful environment.

Victoria, my partner, is a manager at World Gym Lambton, where she runs the creche. She is also studying full-time in her last year of Psychology, and much like me, enjoys staying active, cooking, and engaging in anything 'clean living.'
We both love nature and holistic living, and are generally open to a chat, games night or something of the like...but we also respect our own and others' privacy.

Our budget is anywhere between 350-500$, we would prefer our own space (granny flat, apartment, etc) but will settle for a space with an ensuite and built-ins.

We can also provide a washing machine, dryer, fridge, chest freezer and various other bits and bobs that make a house a home.
