I'm 31 y/o, I've been working full-time at Griffith Uni since 2024. I currently live in a shared house with young uni students. I've lived here since 2023 starting when I was a postgrad student myself at Griffith, but now, I'm at a point where I would love to live on my own in a studio/granny flat and prefer a calmer, less noisy environment. My current landlord and I get along very well, but unfortunately, he doesn't have any other granny flat/studio properties so I'm now on this search!

I'm responsible, reliable, and clean with my things. I enjoy cooking and I love animals (birds, dogs, wildlife). My hobbies include badminton, dance classes, and the occasional yoga class!
