Hi, I'm Kai, 33, UWA environmental science postgraduate student from Hong Kong. I've travelled and worked across Australia, I love that there's always more to explore. I moved to Perth in 2024 to start my studies and my own gardening business.

I'm now looking for a place ideally within an hour by public transport or a 30-minute drive to UWA. My budget is under $300 per week. I love the outdoors and exploring nature, you can count on me to be active and up early. I'm easygoing, respectful and tidy. Looking forward to finding the right place and housemates!
