Hi! I’m Paul, turning 22 soon! I’m studying at RMIT and will be doing an internship in Mulgrave starting from Jan 2026, so I’m looking for a comfortable, tidy place that’s convenient for commute since I do not own a car.

I’m super easygoing, respectful, and love living in a calm, friendly environment. I’m big on respecting others’ privacy, space, and schedules, and I appreciate housemates who do the same. That said, I’m social too — I love to hang out occasionally, maybe pop a beer, or play FIFA with friends.

Soccer is life for me — I play every weekend, usually in tournaments. I love coffee, good conversation, and I’m someone who really values different cultures, boundaries, and knowing how to read the room.
