Hey! I'm a 26-year-old woman moving from Sydney to Perth in the first week of August and looking for a friendly, respectful share house. I'm tidy, easygoing, and considerate of shared spaces. I've been renting and living with other people for many years, so I'm very respectful of house rules, privacy, and keeping shared areas clean and comfortable for everyone.

I value having my own space and privacy, but I'm also happy to socialize and get to know my housemates since I'll be new to Perth and won't know many people there yet.

I'm ideally looking for a private room, preferably with my own bathroom, and would love an all-female household if possible. Looking forward to finding a place that feels like home!:))
