I am a full time admin working in the city.

I’m super social but love my routine and am very considerate of people’s personal space / time. I’m a very optimistic person and usually spend my free time at the beach, currently learning to surf hehe

I love a good chat and morning coffee. I have a history of living with roommates and have always had good experiences.

I’m a morning person but I’m sure not to make much noise or wake anyone up. I always keep common areas tidy and ask/give a heads up before having anyone over.

I’m not a party person and drink very rarely but have no issues with other people drinking/partying.

My current lease is ending in April but hoping to have a bit of cross over and move around the end of March. !
