We’re two respectful, long-term housemates (aged 38 and 65) currently living in Carina, and we’re looking for a new place to call home as our current rental is being renovated. We’ve lived together harmoniously for many years and come with our much loved small dog, Dexter (Shih Tzu cross), who is well behaved and part of the family. Phil is semi retired therapist and I work full time with children.

We’re ideally looking for either:
• Two separate rooms within a split-living style home
• A duplex
• Or a 2–3 bedroom granny flat

Must haves:
• Pet friendly
• Fully fenced yard for Dexter

Budget: Approximately $500–$550 combined per week

A bit about us:
We’re clean, tidy, and very respectful of the spaces we live in. We take pride in maintaining a home as if it were our own. Our lifestyle is fairly calm and grounded.. we enjoy nature, art, animals, spirituality, and personal growth.

We’re hoping to find a place with a peaceful, easygoing vibe and landlords or housemates who value a harmonious living environment.
