TEAMUPPPP??? Helloooo, my housemate and I are looking to move out and sign a lease in another house together, with the hopes of teaming up with a third or maybe fourth person on here. We are after someone who is happy to be on the lease and will be able to provide payslips etc to the real estate

We are looking from Ferny Grove to Kelvin Grove so anywhere in between. Ideally Ferny Hills would be our first choice as Chloe and I both work in Ferny Hills but we are open to most places in the North West region of Brissy. Moving date October ideally

About us
We are currently housemates and good friends looking for a third person around a similar age to join us on finding a house and signing a lease as a group. We both have a budget of $250, so we are looking at houses around $700-$800 per week and will split rent and bills evenly three ways.

Beth - I work 25 hours a week and study full time so I’m not home a whole lot. I love to cook most nights and garden when I can. In my spare time I’m making pottery, taking my dog out, or floating in a creek somewhere

Chloe - Hi im Chloe! I am 26, from NZ, I have been in Brisbane for a little over a month now, I’m currently working full time in hospitality and when I’m not I usually enjoy being with friends or a cheeky pub visit!

About you
We are after someone who is tidy, values privacy, peace, and is happy to share household chores etc etc. We are hoping to find a person who isn’t just a housemate but our mate, who tags along in our random adventures usually ending up at a pub, or the living room watching a murder doco together.

*We are wanting another full time worker OR a full time uni student with decent payslips, who can be a strong applicant alongside us, so that we have the best chance of getting approved for a house*

I (beth) have a dog also, so if you’re afraid of dogs, we probably aren’t the roomies for you. He is the sweetest lil thing. He is an inside and outside dog and is well trained although no crumb is safe.
That also means we can’t apply for apartments 😔

We are honestly really excited to start our own sharehouse snd are hoping to meet others in the same mindset, happy to bring or eventually fill the house with furniture as we go, and keep it a warm, homey vibe where we all feel comfortable and can relax.

There will be a few things we will need to buy as a household like a washing machine and a lounge+TV but we can chat about what everyone is able to bring to the table then fill the gaps and go from there.
