Hi there!

My name is Emily. I am moving to Brisbane from the Gold Coast to pursue a master's degree at QUT. I am looking around West End/Toowong/Indooroopilly/Saint Lucia for a fairly quiet place where I can focus on my study (this means no party houses for me). I am also looking for preferably an all-female place and a small household (such as sharing with just one or two other girls). I am looking for a place that is fully furnished. I have a car so I am hoping to find somewhere that has either off-street parking or parking easily available on the street.

A bit about me: I am a quiet (but still friendly!), independent, and responsible person. I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, going out for walks and runs, and meeting my friends at cafes. I don't smoke or drink. I like to do my own grocery shopping and make my own meals.

I have had plenty of practice living out of home and cleaning up after myself (as well as respectfully sharing space with other flatmates) - I've rented in both Newcastle and the Gold Coast and have always been responsible paying rent on time and looking after/cleaning the flat.
