My name is Ashwar Chaurasia currently working paralegal at law firm, recently graduated law school(Monash) and I am a very interested tenant in the properties in the city and near by suburbs. I am writing to introduce myself and share with you why I believe I am the best fit for the property.

I am 28 year old ,I have been living in CBD in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for the past year. sadly the owner has decided to sell the property hence I am unable to renew the lease of my beautiful apartment I am a responsible and reliable tenant with a good rental history and have very secure financial backing, coming from family of doctors I have been brought up w a very responsible and punctual etiquette hence I have always paid my rent on time and in full, and I have taken good care of the properties I have rented in the past.

I am particularly interested in the properties in the city area because of my work locations moreover recently I have started to attend county and supreme court hearings hence the commute to my busy lifestyle with be cut down drastically . I am also drawn to the property's location in neighbouring suburbs. I am familiar with the area and I know that it is a safe and vibrant community.
I recently bought my first car and and hence car parking is a must for me.

I am a quiet and respectful individual, and I am confident that I would be a good neighbor to the other residents of the building. I am also a clean and tidy person, and I would take good care of the property.

I am financially stable and I have a good credit score. I am able to provide references from previous landlords and employers.
