This is Irene from Hong Kong and just moved from Brisbane to Adelaide upon completing my 2 years master degree. I'm looking for a single room for long term stay ideally in an apartment or unit, situated in close proximity to public transportation since I don't have a vehicle. Having an official rental agreement is essential for me.

To give you a sense of my lifestyle, I'm a non-smoker who occasionally enjoys a social drink. I tend to keep things uncomplicated, dedicating the majority of my time to work. I am currently WFH in travel. Nevertheless, I'm a sociable individual and relish engaging in conversations with people from diverse backgrounds given my profession.

In my leisure hours, I'm keen to explore various markets and trying new restaurants and cafes. On the domestic front, I come with extensive experience in cohabiting with pets, and I've even taken care of them when my flat mate was away, making me more than comfortable living with cats and dogs. Rest assured, I am committed to paying my rent punctually and ensuring the upkeep of the living space in a tidy condition.
