Easy going Guy.
Not a homebody. Home needs to be nice to come home to but I'm out enjoying life often. Sometimes I don't see my flatmates for 2-3 days at a time. Most of my socializing occurs outside the home.
Am happy to let you have your own time and be private or to socialize. Sometimes I can be an early starter work wise but manage to keep the noise to a minimum.
Happy to help around the yard etc if required.
Looking for clean and tidy people (not OCD), relaxed, intelligent, mature (doesn't mean old), good communicators.
