Essential non-neg stuff you're looking for out of the way:
- I'm financially stable,
- Reliable & dependable,
- Clean up after myself, and
- Respect other people's privacy.

Pretty normal stuff, I know - but I also somehow manage to trip over flat surfaces. Which isn't.

I love movies, I hate slow walkers, and am guilty of watching docos just to feel less dumberer after. My only pet peeve is finding sewing equipment in blue metal biscuit tins... c'mon people.

I'm friendly, low-resistance, and really easy-going. I haven't had a difficult moment with one of my (many!) former roommates and like to think it's because of my social awareness and open-mindedness towards others.

Leaving my current flatshare due to my landlord's relationship status. His new girlfriend would like to move in, so I'm kindly getting the boot 3mths into a signed 12mth agreement.
Deadline is a convenient 21st September.
