I'm very quiet, don't smoke nor vape, very clean and keep everything tidy. I love to knit beanies and I'm giving them away to the cancer ward at the hospital at RAH, plus some homeless shelters and women's shelters.

I'm looking for a furnished room, I crochet and knit for charity and the RAH hospital cancer ward.

I'm on Centrelink welfare, if that bothers you, I'm very sorry but it's the only income I have at this stage and your rent will be paid on time too.

I just need somewhere quiet to sleep, continue giving my time at the hospital, cancer ward and meeting new people.

I would like you give me a chance to pay your rent and show that I care for your house and room, they'll be very looked after, I don't steal or damage anything.
