Team up seeking a Balanced Home & Collaborative Setup
Hi there! I’m looking for a like-minded person to team up with and find a comfortable 2 or 3-bedroom apartment or house to rent together.
I am a professional Data Analyst in my late 50s. I’m a "social introvert", I value my quiet time and personal space, but I’m open-minded and enjoy a good chat. I work a hybrid schedule, heading into the office two days a week and working from home the other three.
The Vision for the Space
• The Layout: Ideally, we’d have our own bedrooms plus a third room to share as a home office or a guest room for visitors or 2 bedroom 2 bathroom , split level
• Fully Furnished: I already have enough furniture and household items to deck out a two-person home, so you won’t need to worry about the basics!
• The Vibe: I’m happy to cook for two on occasion and enjoy a casual glass of wine. It would be great to find someone who enjoys that same occasional "family-style" dinner and relaxed atmosphere.
Living Standards & Cleaning
I have a house dust allergy, so I keep a very tidy home. Because I’m sensitive to dust, I’m more than happy to take on the extra cleaning duties to ensure the place stays sparkling and allergen-free for both of us.

• Age Range: Ideally looking for someone between 40 and 65, though I’m flexible for the right fit.
• Inclusivity: LGBT+ friendly (and encouraged!).
• Driving: I have a small car and require a parking space. If you’re a confident and safe driver, I’m even open to discussing a car-share arrangement.
