Hello,
My name is Mehrnaz, and my husband, Mehdi, from Iran, we’re writing to express our interest in renting the shared room you have. We are looking for a short-term rental for 3 months.
I am currently a full-time PhD researcher and part-time lab technician at the University of Queensland, and my husband is mechanical engineer who will be joining me next month and we’re going to move middle of March. I have lived in Brisbane for the past two years and can provide excellent rental references as well as proof of my clean rental history.
As I am currently living in UQ student accommodation where my husband cannot stay, we are seeking a temporary room. We are both quiet, clean, and considerate individuals who value maintaining a peaceful and tidy living environment. We do not drink, smoke, or have pets, and we are typically away from home between 8 am to 7 pm. To demonstrate our reliability, we are happy to pay the rent for one month in advance.
