Hi there,

I’m currently looking for a place to call home for myself and my 4-year-old child. I had to move back in with my parents during COVID, but I’m now in a position where I’m ready to move out again.

I work full-time in Broadbeach and maintain a steady routine, typically out of the house from around 8:00am to 5:30pm on weekdays. My child attends kindy in Surfers, so we both keep a consistent schedule.

We’re quiet, clean, and respectful, and we take pride in looking after the space we live in. Our weekends are generally relaxed unless we have plans, so you can expect a calm and well-maintained household.

I’m looking for a property that is welcoming to children and would really appreciate the opportunity to be considered as a tenant.
