Hello! I am a postgrad Griffith university student who also work a lot.

I am looking for a private room:
✅️ furnished—a clean bed& proper wardrobe mainly required since I prefer things tidy and well-organized in my room
✅️ Budget-friendly inc. bills ($220-280)
✅️ Parking space (off-street works well)

I am a tidy, respectful, and friendly person who really values a clean and organized living space. I am quite busy with work, study and personal fitness.

I am willing to work together to maintain a peaceful living environment. When at home, I usually stay very quiet and keep it to myself. I respect and value people's space& privacy as well as my own.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time on the beaches, excercising, relaxing quietly, or going out with friends sometimes (day-time). I never smoke/do any drugs. Also, I rarely drink or party.

Simply put, my weekly routine consists of studying, working, doing meal-preps, working out and resting. I maintain healthy lifestyles.
